Use of Terms and Conditions:
The Terms and Conditions below apply to all sales and offers, agreements and orders from Hermans Home! By placing a product you accept that you automatically accept the applicability of these terms and conditions. If you have changed your mind after ordering, you can send a written message and after approval by Hermans Home you can cancel. These Conditions respect the consumer’s rights arising from the law (or the sales contract).

Pick up or delivery:
You can pick up at Hermans Home warehouse in Barendrecht. We always recommend checking the furniture for quality, possible defects and damage during collection. After the furniture has been purchased, Hermans Home no longer accepts any liability for any damage or the like, due to incorrect use or your own actions, or during loading, transport or unloading of the purchased product.

Conditions of delivery:
All products in stock can be delivered within 5 working days. Hermans Home delivered to your home address and the driver will hand over the ordered products next to the van. In circumstances such as the van cannot reach your house number, you must take care of further transport yourself! The driver is not responsible and cannot help you carry the ordered products to your home or living room. Unfortunately, the driver cannot wait for the goods to be unpacked for inspection or the like and can also take back products that have not been refused. We try to keep our costs to a minimum and this also applies to our delivery costs!

Hermans Home ensures that you receive an e-mail before the delivery date on which day your products will be delivered. You can always specify a delivery date as a preference when creating your order. Please note that we cannot always guarantee delivery on the date specified by you. You can also e-mail your order and request cash payment upon delivery.

Production errors:
If there are production errors in the delivered products, you must report this to Hermans Home within 24 hours at the latest. You take care of the transport that the purchased products arrive at our showroom in Barendrecht. Unfortunately, we cannot visit you to collect items. As soon as the items are in our showroom, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Prices and Payments
The stated prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT.

Warranty conditions:

Hermans Home gives a 2-year construction warranty after your purchase date, which is stated on your invoice. If you want to claim our warranty service during these 2 years, you can send a message via our website under contact details. If you have made a purchase at Hermans Home before the date, you cannot claim the construction guarantee.

The general terms and conditions for warranty exist as follows:

The buyer must always first contact Hermans Home to deal with the warranty. The warranty does not extend to compensation for damage to persons and property, as a result of the defect, or any costs that may arise from this for the buyer.

Damage caused by external influences is not covered by the warranty conditions. Hermans Home will never be held liable for the following damages such as the occurrence of shrinkage seams, discolorations and/or hairline cracks caused by the effect of heat sources such as the sun, heating, central heating pipes and fireplaces, but also in the event of a change in the humidity percentage or environment of the house or living room etc.

Complaints:

Complaints will only be handled by e-mail with a complete and clear description and photos that can be sent to info@hermanshome.com. After receiving your products, you must notify us in writing via email within 24 hours. If you want to return the products or if you have a complaint, you must, after consultation, deliver the original packaging to our showroom for inspection. After your complaint, you will receive a message from Hermans Home within 14 working days about the status of your product by e-mail. After the repair, you must collect it yourself! All furniture will be refused without an order or contact with Hermans Home.

Purchase not happy:

Hermans Home can take back the purchased product within 48 hours, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been used. Hermans Home wants to give its customers the guarantee that all our products are really new and have not been used by others first. This is very important to us and our customers. It is of course sometimes possible after the purchase that it does not fit in your living room or dining room, then after consultation with Hermans Home the item can still be exchanged after contact has been made within 48 hours. That’s how HermanHome can guarantee that the products have not been used!

Prices and discounts:

Hermans Home is without obligation and has the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.

Hermans Home has no long delivery times for products and all products are sold directly from stock! It is possible that our webshop system is delayed or that other circumstances of one or more articles are not available. No rights can be derived.
